Food from here.

Lunch, dinner and tearoom. Following the seasons.

What grows in the Goestuin ends up on your plate. The rest comes from farmers and makers in the Westhoek.

The Goestuin

We grow part of our vegetables and herbs ourselves, in the Goestuin, our kitchen garden. What was an ordinary field in 2021 is now a little paradise, worked according to the principles of organic farming.
Bart's parents Monique and Bernard and his sister Mieke look after it, together with Tijs of de Keukenbiet.
Every year we make a careful growing plan to make the most of each season. What's ripe helps decide what's on the menu. What we don't grow ourselves comes from farmers and makers in the Westhoek.
