Real vanilla pods for l'Heritage ice cream

Our ice cream.
Since 1996.

Farm milk, a family recipe and no shortcuts.

Camille and Gerlinde, the l'Heritage ice cream makers at Goeste

From the farm to the market square

Mum Monique made the first ice cream on the farm. Today it's mostly Gerlinde and Camille in the workshop at the back of Goeste. With our own recipes and fresh milk from Boer Geert in Reninge.

How we make our ice cream

Handmade, to our own recipes, with the time good ice cream needs.

Our own recipes

Every flavour is our own recipe, developed and fine-tuned in the workshop.

Handmade

Gerlinde and Camille make the ice cream by hand, in our own workshop.

Natural maturing

The mix is given time to mature before it is churned. That lets the flavours come together and makes the ice cream creamy.

Farm milk

For our dairy ice cream we use fresh milk from Boer Geert in Reninge.

Sorbets with pure fruit

We make our sorbets with pure fruit, preferably from our own region.

For everyone

Besides dairy ice cream and sorbets, also sugar-free and plant-based ice cream.

Fresh milk from Boer Geert

Our dairy ice cream starts with Boer Geert's cows in Reninge. His fresh milk goes into our churns and straight to the workshop. The route could hardly be shorter.

Ripe strawberries on the plant

Pure fruit, preferably local

We make our sorbets with pure fruit, preferably from our own region, so every scoop tastes of the season.
